• 17+ years in Banking, Finance and Trading, eventually as Head of Trading Asia, gaining management, financial markets, trade execution and investment product experience

• Managing Partner in a boutique Wealth and Asset Management shop in 2014/15 giving Olaf a keen understanding of wealth management, private banking and trade execution from the buy-side.

• Founder and Managing Director of a consulting and coaching firm since 2012 focusing on executive coaching, leadership development, recruitment processes and all other HR challenges of SME corporates.

• Olaf has in-depth understanding of corporate governance serving as non-executive director on several boards in finance and start-up ventures

• Active investor in start-ups and directs loans/invoices, Olaf has keen understanding of the private equity and alternative lending space

• Olaf is one of the leading Ironman in Asia, finishing 4th at the Ironman World Championships

• A German national, Olaf grew up in Paris and worked in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong
